FAQ

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

 normally do package rentals, with some exceptions.  $500 minimum order.  $100 for simple Toronto delivery.  $100 for simple Mississauga, Oakville, and Vaughan delivery.  $150 to $200 to other parts of the Greater Toronto Area.  Please note that the costs represented are for round trip (ie. drop off and pickup).

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Give us a call at 416-725-8349 or fill out our Quote Form.  The more we know about your event, the more that we can recommend the solution that's right for you.    We have been in business since 2000, and know what works, and what doesn't.  We do free site inspections.  Great to see pictures about the event space, but seeing the space, understanding room flow, as well as electrical power, and most importantly what you are really trying to accomplish in a zero pressure setting, is what we are really all about.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

We have daily, weekend, and weekly rates.  We also do long term rentals.  Typically speaking, most events last four hours, but this is just a rule of thumb.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

The sooner, the better.  Once you are ready to proceed, let us know, and we will email you the paperwork.  You have up to 5 business days to return the paperwork.  We must receive the paperwork at least 1 day prior to delivery.

DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?

We can handle most situations over our emergency cell phone support number.  Our most common reason for phone calls during an event are operational questions.  In the highly unlikely event of something more serious, we will come out to your local Greater Toronto Area event at no extra charge.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

We accept E-transfer, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay, and Discover.  100% of payment is due one business day prior to delivery.  Need to change the event date due to unforeseen circumstances?  Just contact us before 6 PM the day before your event, and we can change the date, subject to availability, for up to 1 year in advance.  This is particularly helpful for rain / snowstorms.
